By downloading, installing, or using Rosée ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

Rosée is a mobile health and wellness application that uses your device camera to analyze facial features, skin condition, and dental health, providing educational insights and personalized skin care guidance. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only. All face and dental image analysis is performed entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored outside your phone. Only derived health metrics (numerical scores and measurements) are saved, and they are saved exclusively on your device.

IMPORTANT: Rosée is NOT a medical device. The health scores, insights, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by this App.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Rosée. By using the App, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 13 years old • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App to transmit unsolicited communications • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App • Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent from Rosée • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rosée and its licensors. Rosée's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Rosée. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Your photos are yours. Here is exactly what happens when you scan: 1. Your camera captures an image on your device. 2. For face and dental scans: the image is analyzed locally on your device by an on-device algorithm. The raw image is never sent anywhere and is discarded from memory immediately after analysis. 3. For weekly aesthetics reports and product label scans: the image is sent to our AI vision partner solely to generate the report or read ingredients. No identity is transmitted. The partner does not retain the image after returning results. 4. For "Saved Looks" (Makeup Artist): your selfie is stored on your device only. 5. The numerical results of analysis are saved on your device only. You retain full ownership of any photos taken within the App. Rosée does not collect, store, or share your photos. By using the scanning features, you grant Rosée a limited license to process pixel data on-device — and a one-time, no-retention license to send the image to our AI vision partner — solely to deliver the App's functionality.

Rosée offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Yearly, Family). Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their store policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rosée and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if Rosée has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Rosée's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
